At DevLee Software, our primary goal is to aid other South African businesses by providing them with affordable, quality software that fits their needs. This can be a simple website, a digital product, or an entire enterprise system.
Why We Exist
Businesses have so many problems, especially during the first years. Many new owners are inexperienced or lack resources to properly run their business. As a result, most fail.
There are tools out there to help; a generic accounting system, another AI-powered marketing tool, an "ultimate HR/Finance document template bundle" priced higher than my first salary that I could have just pulled off another site for free (slight rant, but that's really how it is.) But do they work for everyone, and are they convenient? These "tools" are supposed to make things easier, but there's still a learning curve, extra steps, or it just doesn't fit the budget.
And that's what we want to change. We want to eliminate these obstacles by building one tool that works for South African businesses, not against them.
Our Other Objectives
The global job market is on fire, in a bad way. Everyone from every type of background with any level of experience is struggling to find work. There's no opportunity for growth, and job security has become a thing of the past.
We want our country to grow, and helping local businesses is just one side of it. We want to give you the chance to develop in a way most other companies simply don't. We want to set a standard for businesses on how they operate; not just in South Africa, but globally.
As our own business gains momentum, we will offer internships and open graduate programs; and we don't care about lack of experience or tertiary education. If you have a desire and a willingness to reach your full potential, we will do what we can to help you.
